Our recruitment process is stringent, with carers required to meet our rigorous criteria before we accept them onto our books. Here’s what we check:

We personally interview every one of our carers. As well as quizzing them on qualifications, experience and training, we take time to get to know them on a personal level. Discovering things like hobbies, interests, and education and life stories helps us better match carers with clients on a personal as well as a professional level.
Once we’ve got to know them, we create a ‘Carer Profile’ for each of them. This is like a CV, but specifically tailored to the field of care. Should you choose live-in care, the profile will help you make an informed decision as to who you’d like to employ.
We set no time limits when it comes to getting to know our carers. All that matters is finding you the perfect match, with a carer who meets our stringent standards.

With Beecare, we guarantee that the majority of what you pay goes to your carer. This is precisely how it should be, as we firmly believe that carers should be well paid for the excellent job they do.
A live-in carer provides full time one-to-one care as and when required throughout the day and/or night, subject to your agreed hours.

Residential or nursing homes may be able to offer a room for less, but the service could never match what a live-in carer can provide. Especially when the service is bespoke and flexible, and there is no need for the upheaval of moving home.
The true value of a live-in carer lies with the peace of mind provided, for both the client and their family. Knowing that a loved one is safe, comfortable, well-nourished and has a companion on hand day and night is priceless.
